What started as a free fitness center at Christ Memorial Lutheran Church for people in South County has developed into a ministry for people with more complicated physical and financial needs.

New Age - New Image Fitness Center, which is geared toward people 30 and older, will open Monday in Sandburg Mall. The fitness center is a program of VNA Community Services. It is in Sears Court, next to Radio Shack.
